This Privacy Notice describes how KAADE CONSTRUCTION (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use the Kev3D website and SaaS platform (“Kev3D”, “the Service”). KAADE CONSTRUCTION is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice.

  • Usage data: prompts, generations, project briefs, counselor messages, twin projects, and other content you create in the Service.

  • To generate code, scenes, simulations, and recommendations via our AI agents.

  • Service providers: hosting, analytics, error reporting, email delivery, and customer support tooling.
  • Payment processor: Paddle.com acts as our Merchant of Record for subscription payments, subscription management, tax compliance, and invoicing. Paddle processes payment data under its own privacy notice.
  • Professional advisers: legal, accounting, and compliance professionals when necessary.
  • Authorities: when required by law, regulation, or legal process.

5. International transfers

Your data may be transferred outside your country of residence, including to countries that may not provide the same level of data protection. When we do, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or rely on adequacy decisions where applicable.

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account closure, we delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, unless we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or security purposes.
