KAADE CONSTRUCTION wants you to be happy with Kev3D. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund under the terms below.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions and one-time purchases made through Kev3D. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

2. How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. You can request a refund in either of the following ways:

• Visit paddle.net and use Paddle’s self-service refund request flow.
• Email us at support@kaadeconstructionkev3d.c-inc.life with your order details, and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

3. Refund processing

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Cancellation alone does not automatically generate a refund; please follow the refund process above if you are within the 30-day window.

5. Exceptions

Refunds outside the 30-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of our Terms of Service.
